Refund and Returns Policy

Overview
At PouringOn, we take pride in the quality and uniqueness of our handcrafted artwork. Due to the original and one-of-a-kind nature of our paintings and custom commissions, we generally do not offer refunds or accept returns unless the item arrives damaged.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you must provide:
– Clear photos of the damaged artwork and packaging
– Your order number
– A brief description of the issue
Once we verify the damage, we will offer a replacement (if applicable) or a full refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and non-returnable:
– Original artwork
– Custom or commissioned pieces
– Digital downloads
– Gift cards
Refunds (if applicable)
If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect on your account.
Shipping Returns
We will provide return shipping instructions for damaged items when necessary. Do not send items back without contacting us first and receiving authorization.
